Using Daily Need
Website ব্যবহার বা Daily Need-এ order করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের applicable terms ও conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

Daily Need website শুধুমাত্র lawful shopping এবং product information দেখার উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
Website-এর কোনো অংশ misuse, unauthorized access অথবা service disrupt করার চেষ্টা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
Customer Information
Order করার সময় customer-কে সঠিক এবং complete information প্রদান করতে হবে।

Product Information
Product image, description, price এবং অন্যান্য information যথাসম্ভব accurate রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
Screen, lighting অথবা product batch-এর কারণে বাস্তব product-এর appearance সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
Price & Availability
Website-এ প্রদর্শিত price এবং stock availability প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী update হতে পারে।
Order confirmation-এর আগে কোনো pricing বা stock error পাওয়া গেলে customer-কে জানানো হতে পারে।
Order Confirmation
Website-এ order submit হওয়া মানেই সব ক্ষেত্রে final acceptance নয়। Stock, customer information এবং delivery feasibility অনুযায়ী order process করা হবে।
প্রয়োজনে order confirmation-এর জন্য Daily Need customer-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
Payment
বর্তমানে applicable order-এর ক্ষেত্রে Cash on Delivery payment option ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
Checkout-এ যে payment option দেখানো হবে, সেই applicable method অনুযায়ী payment সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
Delivery
Delivery charge customer-এর location, order value, applicable campaign বা website rules অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হতে পারে।
Final applicable delivery charge checkout-এর সময় দেখানো হবে।
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time location, courier service, weather, public holidays অথবা অন্যান্য operational কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
অনিবার্য delay হলে Daily Need যথাসম্ভব customer-কে support করার চেষ্টা করবে।
Cancellation
Order processing বা shipment শুরু হওয়ার আগে applicable ক্ষেত্রে cancellation request বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।
Already processed বা shipped order-এর ক্ষেত্রে cancellation সবসময় সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
Returns & Product Issues
Wrong, damaged অথবা eligible product issue-এর ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Return Policy অনুযায়ী support দেওয়া হবে।
Issue report করার সময় প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী order information, ছবি অথবা video চাওয়া হতে পারে।
Intellectual Property
Daily Need website-এর logo, design, content, graphics এবং অন্যান্য original materials applicable intellectual property rights-এর আওতায় থাকতে পারে।
অনুমতি ছাড়া commercial reuse বা copying গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
Changes to Terms
Business requirements, service updates অথবা applicable rules অনুযায়ী এই Terms & Conditions সময়ের সাথে update করা হতে পারে।
Updated version website-এ প্রকাশ হওয়ার পর তা কার্যকর হবে।
